ENTRY FORMS are being accepted now through December 24, 2018. Please scroll through and read the below carefully before beginning your registration. Once you've read it, click Start or press Enter to begin filling out the registration form.
Please double check your mailing address. This is for the AFWC to send you your winning medals! A wrong address means your medal gets sent back to us and we get to keep it!!

Once you have completed your registration and submitted payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Please review this email for accuracy and be sure to reach out to us if anything needs to be changed/updated. (Contact info is below)

Wines will be accepted October 20 through December 24, 2018. Each entry requires 4 bottles (1 signed by the Vintner or Winemaker for charity). Please ship wines to:
